Draconian Tides Pt.4

I led Will outside, it was pretty tough getting him through the house considering that he was bigger than he had been. When we finally got outside, Will asked "so how do I use my abilities?"
"I don't know, I think that you're supposed to come into contact with your element" I said, I walked over and picked up a hose. I turned on the water by twisting the nozzle nearby and walked back over.
"you ready?" I asked.
"About as ready as I'll ever be" he said with a nervous smile.
"Don't worry, it doesn't hurt, otherwise, I would have figured out how to shift to dragon form on my own a long time ago" I said. I turned the water hose towards him and let go of the tip, the water hit him dead on, but none of it was hitting the ground. "Why is there no water on the ground? you've sprayed more than enough for it to start running off" Corbyn asked.
"Will, any input as to why it's not hitting the ground?" I asked.
"I seem to be absorbing it, I can feel it building up in my body" he said.
"Kinda like me" I said, I turned the water off to look at him and just like when I had absorbed the electricity, he looked somewhat bloated and had sprouted fins on his body. "Alright, now then, you should be able to use any of your abilities if you focus enough" I said
"What about you, what kind of abilities do you have" he asked me.
"Well, I can shift back to human form" I said.
"We know that, but what other ones do you have" he asked again.
"Uhm...uhhh" I stuttered, in all honesty, I hadn't bothered to even try out any of my abilities. I remembered the adrenaline rush I had the night I changed. "Well, I can somehow raise my reflexes beyond my normal abilities, though how to do it I don't know" I added.
"Anything else?" he asked.
I looked down in defeat and said "no, nothing else".
"Well, why don't you practice your abilities too" Roger said.
"Hmm, that's a great idea" I said, I walked back into the sunroom and found an electric socket. Bending down, I reached over and put my finger near it, then focused. A jolt of electricity jumped from the socket onto my finger and I began to shift to dragon form. When it finished I stepped back outside when I got hit by a jet of water. "dude, what was that for?" I asked.
"I thought it would be fun, and it was" he said, beaming proudly.
"oh yeah, do you think this is fun" I said, I raised my hands and focused and a bolt of lightning jumped out of my hand and nailed Will. "OW" he screamed "that really hurt dude, I'm filled with water, it's still coursing through me" he said. I walked over and placed my paws on his back and pulled the electricity back out of him. "Thanks" he said.
"No problem" I said back.
"So, you can shoot electricity from your hands, wonder what else you can do" Roger said.
"That reminds me, shouldn't dragons have breath powers" Corbyn remarked.
"Yea, they should" I said, I turned away from them and opened my mouth, I focused on using the power when suddenly I heard thunder. I opened my eyes and watched as a large sound wave traveled towards the tree and when it hit, the entire tree began to shake violently from the force. After a bit, it stopped, though the tree had been stripped of it's leaves. "wow, that was awesome" Corbyn said. I turned towards Will and said "okay, your turn to try out your breath ability".
"Okay, stand aside" he said. We watched as he opened his mouth and after a few seconds, a jet of water shot out and hit the ground, I looked at where he was hitting and saw that he was destroying the grass. "Stop, you're destroying my parent's lawn" I said, he shut his mouth and said "sorry". I accepted his apology and decided to teach him how to shift back to being human. "Okay, to change back to human form, all you have to do is picture your self and focus" I told him. He closed his eyes and began to shrink, the scales also began to recede and vanish. He opened his eyes and looked down at himself, he said "wow, I'm back to normal, I kinda miss being a dragon though" he said.
"Well, to shift back, just go and touch one of the water puddles over there" I said, pointing to the lawn. He began to walk over when my grandma stepped outside and said "Aaron, I need you to head down to the store. I said "okay, you guys don't mind if I head over really quick, do you"
Everyone said "go ahead, we'll wait for you".
Keep up the great work!
