It was Roger's turn apparently, since he was looking around, somewhat panicky. "why is everything green".

"Roger, relax, Look out the window and tell us what you see" I said.

He walked over and pulled the curtains aside "wow, there's tornadoes everywhere".

"Tornadoes?" I asked

"Yea, all over the place" he said.

I looked at the others for input, but even they didn't know what it meant. "Well, follow me Roger" I said and we both went downstairs and out to the sun room. I turned to him and said "okay, you need to go outside and wait there till the sky flashes twice, then run back"

"Why do I need to run?" he asked.

"Well, we all did during the times we had it, and I don't know what will happen if you stay out for too long" I said.

"Okay" he said, he turned and walked outside and stopped, I stayed to make sure he didn't muck it up. When the sky flashed, he turned and ran back in. we went back upstairs, layed down and went back to sleep.

When I woke up the next morning, I looked at the clock. It read 6:00 AM, I stood up and went to brush my teeth, when I finished I went out back. I knew that the others wouldn't wake up for a while, so I decided to train myself a bit more, I went back inside and got one of my parent's cameras and brought it out with me. I figured I'd wait till later to practice my breath power since it was loud and I didn't want to wake everyone, so I wanted to practice control of the bolts that shot from my hands, I shifted to dragon form and went to use the power, but when I tried to use them it didn't work. "i guess I need to charge some more" I said. I walked back in and put my tail into the socket, I would take the heat for draining power later. The feeling of all that energy was pure bliss and I let myself lose control and lay down letting it course through me.

While I was laying there, the power stopped coursing. Confused I looked over myself, I was bloated, my stomach had grown out about 2 in. and my arms looked balloonish. I was once again glowing and I couldn't help but stare at the glow again. I knew full well that I had the charge to use my powers, but I wanted that blissful feeling again, so I focused and began to draw more power. As I was watching, I began to bloat up even more, but when I reached about 2 ft. bigger, I suddenly felt as if I was going to explode. I pulled my tail out, but by then it was to late. My body shrank back to normal proportion in an instant and the air around me crackled with excess energy, I could hear all the electricity in the house go out. I was hurting like no tomorrow, the release of energy left my body feeling tired and I was forced back into my human form. My aunt and cousin along with the others came running to see what happened.

"What is going on out here" my aunt asked.

"I was taking electricity to use my abilities and apparently hit my limits" I said sheepishly.

"Your limits?" Corbyn asked.

"Yea, as it turns out, there's only a certain amount of electricity I can store in my body" I said.

"What happened when you hit it" Will asked.

"I sent out an EMP pulse from the looks of things, hurt like hell too" I said.

"You need any help?" Isaac asked.

"Nah, I'm better now" I said, standing up, everyone went back inside and I sat down, I did feel better, though I was still hurting, both from the EMP and from guilt. How could I have been so stupid as to let myself surrender to drawing too much energy, true, I never knew I had limits, but I should have controlled myself instead of giving in to that blissful feeling, it was worth it though. While I was thinking about all that had happened, I began to feel strange, like there was lightning all around me. I looked down and was shocked to see that my arm looked like several bolts of lightning glued together. The bolts were also moving like regular lightning and were even jumping around and hitting anything metal. I moved my hand's up to my head to get a closer look when one bolt jumped at my head, but it went through my head, I turned and looked at the window and saw that my entire body looked like my hands. My body was made of  pure electricity, I yelled out in surprise, bringing Will and the others out, but not my aunt. "dude, what the heck?" Will said.

"I don't know what happened, my body is pure electricity" I told him.

"Maybe it's another ability" Corbyn said.

"It's kinda cool, I wonder what I can do with it" I said. I thought about my old self and reverted back. Will had shifted to his dragon form and was trying to figure out how to change to the form I had taken, "what were you doing when it happened?" Will asked.

I said "I was thinking about the EMP accident thing".

"Maybe it triggers that form if you focus on the element and nothing else" Roger said.

"I wish I was a dragon, it seems like it would be cool" Isaac said.

"It could happen" I said, we turned to Will and saw that his body was beginning to change, his body seemed to melt and liquify, but still retained it's shape. After a few seconds, his body was made entirely out of water. "That is cool" Will said.

"Yea, lets see if I can do it again" I said. I closed my eyes and started thinking about electricity and lightning, I opened my eyes and saw that my body was once again made of pure electricity. I shifted back and we went back inside. We all went upstairs and watched TV for a while, we would practice our abilities more when Roger had changed.
We turned on the TV and watched a news channel, a story came on saying that every kid in the town that those dragon kids came from had reported having a strange dream and there was a study being conducted on the dream. We listened in and were shocked when one of the kids recited the exact dream that we had when we changed. I shut off the TV and turned to the others. "Does that mean the entire town is going to change?" I said.

"Sure seems like it, wonder if it's going to happen here?" Corbyn said.

"Who knows, but it would stink, I kinda like being unique" I said.

"As do I, but it can't be helped" Will said.

We watched more TV and played a few video games until 3:00, we headed outside and waited, eventually, it reached 3:30 and Roger began to change. Green scales began to grow from his skin and proceed to cover his body. His wings grew in first, followed by the tail, a brighter green color making up the membrane of the wing, then his hands shifted into paws and his feet as well, his face extended forward into the muzzle and he grew three horns, two on his head and one, slightly more curved than the ones on his head, on his snout. Spines grew along his back and the transformation finished. Roger looked over himself and said "heck yes, this is awesome".

"Welcome to the group" I said, I began to feel strange, my vision blurred!. Not a good sign, I closed them and opened them to find my view changed to a camera trained on us, I shut and opened my eyes and looked over to see that the kid's in the neighbors yard were recording us. "crap guys, we're exposed" I said pointing over, the kids saw us looking and took off running.

"Crap, what happens now?" Will asked.

"Well, it'll take a bit of explaining to show that we're in control, but it'll have to be done" I said.

We turned and looked at Roger who had started his training, he first used his breath power, summoning a powerful wind that nearly pulverized the fence. Next he used his hand ability and created a mini tornado on his palm. "that is cool" I remarked. He suddenly got on all fours and lifted off the ground. "I'm levitating, that is cool" he said

"That reminds me, if you're an air dragon, I wonder if you can turn into air for your Pure form" I said.

"I would figure I'd become air, although, I have this strange feeling, an inkling I guess you could say" Roger said. He walked up to the wall and placed his paw on it, we all watched with disbelief as he passed through the wall and then came back out. "that was awesome" he said. I wanted to practice the pure form's abilities so I shifted to the form. "can someone pull out something electronic?" I asked. Isaac pulled out his phone and I walked up and touched it with my hand, I began to feel strange and me and everyone else watched as I was pulled into the phone's body. I was fully aware of what was going on, I could see the wires, circuit board's and everything else within the phone. I said "wow, this is weird, I can see everything in the phone" and the text appeared on the screen. I jumped out of the phone and reformed outside. "that was weird, but extremely fun" I said.

"Can you jump through electric wires?" Corbyn asked.

"I don't know, but I'll find out when I can" I said.

"Cool" corbyn said.

We practiced for the rest of the day, Corbyn learned how to shift to his Pure form which made his body turn into pure ice, but he could still move and everything, Roger practiced a few more of his abilities. Eventually we went back inside and got ready to sleep. Everyone left, except for Isaac, I wanted him to stay in case he had the dream, he cleared it with his parents and we lay down and went to sleep.

When 12:00 rolled around, I awoke to see Isaac was awake as well, he looked at me and said "what's going on?".

I said "this is the dream that changed the rest of us, congrats, your a dragon too".

"yes, I can't believe it, that's awesome" he said.

We walked downstairs and were about to go outside when the basement door opened behind me and my cousin walked out saying "everything's red and it's really hot in here, whats going on?".
